Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes things come up unexpectedly. Our cancellation and refund policy aims to strike a balance between being flexible with your schedule and respecting the time and effort your GM puts into preparing for your game. Here’s how it works:

Player Cancellations:

• More than 48 hours before the session: players can cancel without any charge or penalty. While there’s no charge, please cancel early to help keep the game running smoothly.
• Less than 48 hours before the session: The player will be charged the full session fee or $5.00, whichever is higher. Again, please cancel as early as possible to minimize disruption to the game.

GM Cancellations:

• If the GM cancels the session: players won’t be charged. We know how frustrating it can be when a session is canceled, so we’re committed to keeping these situations to a minimum.
• If the GM cancels due to fewer than the minimum number of players: There’s no charge to players, and no penalty to the GM or players who didn’t cancel.

GM Rescheduling:

• Reschedules with more than 48 hours’ notice: The GM may reschedule the session, and players will be notified via e-mail.
• Reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice: The GM may reschedule within this time frame, but it will have a negative impact on their reliability rating. We want to ensure that game schedules remain predictable for everyone and that players have fair warning if the game schedule is changing.
